Heather just stopped by!! With her beau Andy. theyve been dating for a year and i finally met him tonight. Im going to go check out their apt some time this week. Her birthday is wednesday so we may go out with her and her fam. Thatd be nice. I miss her mom and john. We ran into her mom at walmart recently and cadence went straight to her. Which was cool bc shes been going through a shy phase. I hope she doesnt act super shy saturday. And then sunday is my cousin kileys bday. So many birthdays coming up and passing. Im posting this from my phone if it looks weird. As well as the last few. Its easier to post from my phone bc cadence tries to destroy the laptop. ready to go back to the gym tomorrow.

i really dont mean to jump to conclusions. i just dont do well when people make snide remarks and comments that are about my family. Especially when i have done nothing to you. But think twice before you judge everyone else please. People arent always what they seem.

Yesterday was so much fun. Its nice being around kellie and sheridan bc they actually know what its like to be parents. Instead of how some ppl just talk about it and act like they know it all.i know not all of my friends have children so they dont understand all the things you actually go through as parents. Its really easy to give advice..especially if you think youre always right. Ugh. Idk. Anyways. Sorry those were random thoughts. Cadence and locke were adorable. They were walkin all over the place and playing tug of war with bottles. It made me so excited for cadences. So far if everyone really shows up there will be 47 people there...lol. Im not expecting them to, but all of those ppl said theyd show. I cant wait for everyone to see her walking around all over the place. I realllly dont want anyone to bring gifts. She already has plenty. If you feel like you must get her something, just donate some money to a charity in her name or something. I wanted to write more but cadence needs a bath and then its bible story/bottle time. Im ready for bed myself.

ohhh and i just read my friends list and it jogged my memory... my cousin anthony came over friday night. I think we are going to try out his church. I really want to get into the habit of going more often. Weve just wanted to try out different churches. Which led to us not going at all. And we dont like that. and to elaborate a little more. We are probably doing the courthouse thing and having a reception. Brads mother is offering to pay for it too. Niiiiice.

This weekend was awesome but it flew by.

Friday: We didnt do much, but we got the house super clean.
Saturday: We spent the day with Brads parents. It was nice.
Then I went shopping with my mom for a bit.
Sunday: Went to some water hole near spruce pine with rach and drew.
Then I got Cadence in Randy and Tinas pool.
She loves the water.


Work literally flew by today as well.
It was a good day though.

Now we are hanging out at my moms.
I cant believe cadences b day party is coming up so fast.
Still got a ton of things to do.

And we've decided to get married within the next month or so.
No need to keep delaying it.
And hes getting me a new ring.
Prettty stoked.

So things are definitely getting better.
The other night was horrible.
I haven't had a day/night like that in a while.

But its over with.

My weekend started at 3 yesterday afternoon.
And its been great.

I woke up this morning, went downtown with brad and baby.
Went by atl bread.
Then went by the dollar store.
Then came home.

I cleaned our room, the living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Complete with mopping.

And then went to the gym for a bit.

When I came home it was 12:30!
I couldnt believe how much I had done.

Cadence has been so good lately.
All over the place walking/running.
But good.

Right now I'm waiting for the color on my hair to turn.
Id rather be blonde, I've decided.

And that is all for now.

so. I went to the gym for a little bit.
didnt do a class though.
i dont like that.
classes keep me motivated.

but oh well.
it was better than no exercise.

ive decided not to weigh myself until ive gone to the gym 30 times.
and then thats when ill get my measurements taken again.

i feel like im losing more inches than weight.
idk.
all my clothes fit better and or are looser.

my aunt betty let us borrow her old video disc players.
so we are watching movies right now.
im excited.
this thing reminds me of my childhood and my uncle doug so much.

i can distinctly remember pushing the jaws video disc in and watching it
with betty and doug.
and then eating alphabet soup.

betty told me that she thought about selling it once.
i told her to please not sell it yet.
that brad and i would love to buy it when we have more money.
she said she'd save it for us.
so thats exciting.

i remember how much my uncle doug loved to watch movies on it.
he even let me pick out the tv when they got a new one.
i picked out a big screen. lol
and thats the one he got, just because i liked it.

i miss him so much.
i wish he could have seen cadence.

anyways.
im going to eat some peaches and watch a movie.
then to bed.
work tomorrow. ugh
